### Battery life

Battery life depends on how you're using the device:

* **Screen on:** 3–6 hours (varies with brightness and audio level)

* **Audio only (screen off):** approximately 24 hours

### Charging

A full charge from empty to 100% takes about **2.5 hours**.

**Tip:** For the fastest full charge, power the device completely off before plugging it in. Charging while powered off reaches 100% in about 2.5 hours.

**Recalibrate Battery**

* Charge your device all the way up to 100%.

* Once fully charged, unplug it and use it normally until the battery drains completely and the device turns off on its own.

* Charge it back up to 100% again.

* Repeat the full drain and full charge one more time.
