If having trouble connecting the app to the Nanit Sound and Light device, or if the device is not responding:
- Make sure the Nanit Sound and Light device is properly plugged into the power outlet
- Make sure that the power switch on the bottom of the device is turned to “On”
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi network used by the Nanit Sound and Light device is working properly (no router issues, etc.)
- If the device is in a new location (a different Wi-Fi network), repeat the pairing process with the device. Go to the network Settings menu in the Nanit Sound and Light app and tap “Pair to a new network,” then follow the in-app instructions:
Once the device’s power is turned to “On,” press and hold the two top back buttons (brightness and volume up) for 10 seconds, until the device flashes 3 times and flashes the letter ‘P’ on the front 3 times
