If you would like to submit an account deletion request, you can do so in the Nanit App following the instructions below, or by reaching out to the Nanit Support Team.
If you’re simply looking to detach a device from your account, you can do it without deleting your account following the instructions here.
Important reminders about deleting your Nanit Account:
- Deleting your account means you won’t be able to view Nanit’s video stream, monitor Breathing Motion, control your Sound + Light device, or access any other Nanit Camera or Sound + Light feature.
- If you signed up to the Nanit Community with your Nanit account you won’t be able to log in to it any longer.
- If you have an active Insights subscription, make sure to cancel it via the channel you purchased it through before you delete your account.
If you’d like to delete your Nanit Account via the app, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account settings in the Nanit App or Sound + Light App
- Tap on "Delete account," then “Initiate account deletion”
- A pre-filled email template will pop up. Complete the form and then submit it to request an account deletion
- A member of our Customer Service team will reach out to process your request
