When does my Insights subscription start?

Your free 30-day trial of Nanit insights will begin when you and baby are ready to go! You'll simply log into your Nanit account by going to my.nanit.com and click on Start my Free Trial now.

Please be aware that once you click start, it's not possible to stop, pause or restart.

If you purchased an Insights subscription with your camera, we will send you an activation code for you to use to turn on your subscription. You'll still get your 30-day trial, so you won't need to wait until the end of the month to avoid missing out on any free Insights. If during your 30-day trial, you decide you would like to purchase Insights, you can also do so without losing your trial.
