My Wi-Fi network doesn't show up when I try to set up my Nanit cam

Nanit will attempt to connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. Exit the Nanit app and make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the Wi-Fi network you’d like to pair Nanit to. Once your device is connected to the correct network, relaunch the Nanit app and proceed with the pairing process.

If your Wi-Fi network has a hidden SSID, which means your network name is not broadcasted, be sure to enable the ‘Hidden network’ toggle during setup, on the Wi-Fi Authentication screen.
