My.nanit.com is the best place to manage your Nanit Account, Camera(s), and Insights Membership(s) from your mobile or desktop device. You can also view the livestream of your camera(s) at my.nanit.com.
Where do I update my credit card information in my.nanit.com?
To update your credit card information in my.nanit.com, first login with your Nanit Account credentials, then:
- Open the sidebar menu (if using a mobile device)
- Tap your name, then “My Account”
- Under “Credit Cards,” either:
- Select “Add credit card”
- Use the “...” next to an existing card to delete a card or set it as your primary card
Where can I add an Insights activation code in my.nanit.com?
From activation code email: If you are directed to my.nanit.com from an email with your plan activation code (ex. After purchasing on Nanit.com), the code will be automatically filled in at my.nanit.com:
- Click the link in your email
- Login with your Nanit Account credentials
- The activation code will automatically be filled in
- Add your credit card information if you haven’t previously (Note: You won’t be charged until after your plan period ends. We’ll email you before you are ever charged.)
- Continue to start your new plan
From any other source: If you did not reach my.nanit.com from the activation code email, follow these steps to add your activation code:
- Login with your Nanit Account credentials
- Locate the camera for which you’d like to add a plan, then tap “Manage Plan”
- Add your code in the Activation Code field
- Add your credit card information if you haven’t previously (Note: You won’t be charged until after your plan period ends. We’ll email you before you are ever charged.)
- Continue to start your new plan
Where can I add an Insights coupon code in my.nanit.com?
Follow these steps to apply an Insights Membership promo code or coupon code in my.nanit.com:
- Login with your Nanit Account credentials
- Locate the camera for which you’d like to add a plan, then tap “Manage Plan”
- Tap “Select Insights Plan” if you do NOT already have an active Membership, or “Change Plan” if you DO already have an active membership
- Select the plan you would like to purchase
- Add your billing information and the promo/coupon code. Once the code is applied, you’ll see a summary of all charges and discounts.
- Tap “Purchase Now”
