My Nanit camera is paired to another user


If you're seeing a "Camera is paired to another user" message when attempting to pair your Nanit camera, your Nanit may have been previously set up by another user.

  • If you bought or were gifted an activated Nanit from another user, please contact that user and ask them to contact us to remove the previous owner from your Nanit.
