While Breathing Motion monitoring is in progress, you may see a message “Collecting data” in your Nanit app on the monitoring capsule. To calculate your baby’s Breaths per minute the Nanit camera needs to collect enough Breathing Motion data. At times where not enough data is available to show a Breaths per minute, we will show the message “Collecting data” to let you know that we are working on calculating the numbers to show you your baby’s Breaths/min as soon as possible.
