Your Nanit camera should still be monitoring and alerting as long as it is connected to power. To restore the connection between your Nanit and app, try the following steps:
- Restart your Nanit app, make sure you are running that latest app version and update it if needed.
- Verify that you have an active internet connection and restart your router if necessary.
- Restart your Nanit camera by unplugging it from power for 1 minute, then plugging it back in. The night-light will flash twice indicating that the camera is rebooting.
